The late Jim Theis is the one exception to the authors on this site, most of whom have something really obnoxious about their personalities or their Sues. I haven't heard anything bad about Theis personally, but it's undeniable that he was a bad writer. Not just a regular bad writer - he plumbed depths of wretchedness that most people never even dream of, and produced a single novella that makes Edward Bulwer-Lytton look like William Shakespeare. If you rated novels on a scale of 1-100, this would be -20.
I speak, of course, of the infamous Eye of Argon. God have mercy on your souls if you read any further.
- The Eye of Argon - Sex. Blood. Agonizing worming.
